Discounts and Special Offers on Cards are valid now through December 31, 2011, unless otherwise stated on our website.
- Additional Conditions. Read the discount offer on each card carefully for stated conditions, restrictions and exclusions. All offers are valid any time unless the offer states otherwise. Offers are restricted to one offer per party, per visit. The additional conditions listed on our “Deck Updates” section of our website supersede the Terms and Conditions of Use herein.
- How to Redeem Discount. Present your card to a participating merchant at the time you request your bill to receive your discount. The merchant will initial or stamp your card to indicate you have used the discount offer. Initialled, stamped or otherwise marked cards are void and ineligible for a discount offer. You may only use an offer once, and you may not combine the offer with any other discount or awards program/offer.
- Dining Discount Details. Only one discount offer may be used per party. Dining offers do not apply to children’s menu items, discount-priced daily specials, senior citizen rates, early bird specials, carryout/takeout and buffets, unless otherwise noted. Discounts exclude tax, tip and/or alcohol, where applicable.

- Free Offers. In most cases, to qualify for a free offer or complimentary item, you must purchase goods or services from the merchant making the offer. Such offers may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or awards program/offer.

- Personal Use Only. The barter, trade, sale, purchase, or transfer for compensation of a Travellers Deck or cards therein, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorized by Travellers Deck Ltd. The Travellers Deck and its offers are intended for the personal use of the individual purchaser of the Travellers Deck and are not valid with any other discount offers or in other cities unless otherwise specified. The use of the Travellers Deck or any of its offers for advertising purposes, in any form or fashion, is strictly prohibited. Any use of an offer in violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use will render the offer VOID and Travellers Deck Ltd. will pursue all legal remedies available to it by law. Offers may not be reproduced and are void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
- Merchant Breach. Travellers Deck Ltd. and its shareholders, directors, officers, employees and subsidiaries will not be responsible if any merchant breaches its contract or refuses to accept the Travellers Deck card; however, Travellers Deck Ltd. will use commercially reasonable efforts to attempt to secure compliance from such merchant.
- Disclaimer. Travellers Deck Ltd. disclaims all alleged liability for bodily injury or property damage resulting from any accident, event or occurrence on, or resulting from the use of, the premises of the participating businesses or the described neighbourhoods. Travellers Deck Ltd. disclaims all warranties, express, implied or otherwise imposed by law, regarding the condition of those premises or neighbourhoods, or the safety of same. Travellers Deck Ltd. disclaims all alleged vicarious liability for bodily injury or property damage resulting from the acts or omissions of the participating businesses. Descriptions of neighbourhoods and retail establishments are for entertainment purposes only, and no warranties are made as to accuracy.
- Acceptance. Use of the Travellers Deck cards constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
