Peter Fong the magnificent creator of Ganache has brought Vancouver a little piece of Paris with his elegant and excellent creations.
WE LOVE...
We have a sweet tooth - so we love it all! But here are a few suggestions to make the choice easier! The Chocó-Banana Cake, with praline crunch, dark-chocolate mousse and caramelized bananas is divine. The Blanc Fraisier is an awesome combination of vanilla cake, vanilla sable Breton, white chocolate black pepper mousseline, strawberries and passion-fruit meringue. And last but not least the Passion et Chocolate, which is made with passion fruit cream, mango-papaya gelle, Ghana milk chocolate mousse and flourless cocoa sponge. Are you tempted yet?
